My name is Danielle Chambers, and I am running for City Council in Ward 7. I love Corvallis deeply. I believe in progress, community, and using power for the greatest good.
There are many big problems facing our community. We’ll only solve them by listening, learning, and leading together.

Local dollars make local sense. By keeping money here, we build local jobs and wealth.
Addressing affordability and houselessness.
Unhoused people are a policy problem. There are more tools we could be using.
Protect nature, and it will protect us.
Sustainability is key. Though climate change happens globally, we must act locally.
Software engineer by day and community advocate by night, Danielle is a problem solver, people person, and policy nerd. She fled Oklahoma following rising political persecution of trans people under the second Trump administration. Now, Corvallis is her beloved home, and she’s going to work hard to make it the strongest it can be.
